Hi,
I'm having issues installing Padre with PPM. At first I was getting
proxy error problems. I set the http_proxy flag and I still can't
install it.
This is what I get:

C:\Perl>ppm install Padre
Downloading ActiveState Package Repository packlist...not found
Downloading wxperl packlist...not found
Downloading log4perl packlist...not found
Downloading wxperl packlist...not found
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides Padre

Any help really appreciated. Thanks!!!

Hi,

I assume you have solved this issue now?

It is an overall PPM issue - essentially if you want to use a proxy you
need to set the environment variable

HTTP_proxy=http://someproxyaddress.com

Mark
