debian data added to repo

hey all--

I've added Debian binary metadata to the binary-transparency-notes
repository:

https://github.com/FreeBSDFoundation/binary-transparency-notes/pull/2

The files are large since they cover the main debian apt repository for
the amd64 (x86_64) platform, but they're roughly the same size as the
metadata present for freebsd.

I've included some smaller .sample files to make it easier to browse.

Ed, if you want to knock up a json example of what you think belongs in
the log, i'd be happy to throw together a quick parser that converts
debian's Packages files to it.
