Where are the example files.

Dear all, In the BIMBAM USER Manual, its written :

>Examples of these (test.geno.txt, test.pheno.txt, and test.pos.txt) are included in the distribution in the input >subdirectory

But I do not find the example subdirectory. Could anyone tell me
please where it is.
