Hi,

I used the BIMBAM imputed genotypes (probability of distribution) to
do the analysis and got the segmentation fault.

The basic usage I put was: ./bimbam –g geno.distribution.txt –gmode 2 –
p pheno.txt –A –D –o test.out. Please let me know what is wrong.

Thanks.

Make sure you genotype distribution file look like this:

rs1 G C 0.992 0.001 0.000 1.000 0.002 0.02 ...
...

You have to supply numbers after -A and -D, otherwise bimbam will use
the default priors.
By the way, which version you are suing?

I checked the data format. It is correct. The version is 0.99.

It's fixed. Please try it again.
You can directly download the executable from the following url:
http://quartus.uchicago.edu/~yguan/bimbam/bimbam_lin
It's a weird bug because it has to do with the compiler.

We download this file and installed it. Still get the same error
message. Would you please double check?
Thanks.

Well, if the bug still exists, you should get a different error message.
Could you retry?

Could you help me to recreate the scenario by emailing me the files
and command you used?
