Running bimbam on mach's output

Hello bimbam developers,

I wonder if it is possible for bimbam to do association test on
imputed genotypes from mach's output. To be more specific, is it legal
for bimbam to accept mach's allele dosage output as the mean genotype
input?

You can always write a script to convert from mach format to the bimbam format.
