About the role
DeAWM Strategic & Competitor Research team is responsible for providing timely and accurate competitor and market research for DeAWM globally.
The Analyst/Associate will be responsible for producing a number of regular reports as well as supporting the strategic planning process (SPP) and answering ad hoc research requests from DeAWM and DeAWM Finance.
This position provides an opportunity for the individual to increase his/her understanding of industry trends, the competitive environment, as well as DB’s global strategy, products and services.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking to hire a qualified candidate, who will support the DeAWM Strategic & Competitor Research team. Key responsibilities of this role would include:
§ Competitor analysis: Understanding what competition is doing and driving analysis that will be used in management presentations
o Capture and maintain competitor financial information and report financial highlights
o Provide data from key databases in a range of formats (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
o Produce the flow and AuM reports and contribute to the Trends Book
§ Industry reviews: Scan industry developments and provide daily/weekly updates to senior management for strategy and business development
o Support the SPP by providing additional competitor and market data
o Update and add to the content of the SRP Library
o Monitor and track a number of external and internal sources, reporting highlights and developments
§ Strategy presentations: Presentation decks for internal decisions, SWOT, benchmarking etc.
