This is just a reminder to make sure that anything that
is posted here is substantiated so that we aren't
offending anyone by misquoting them. A PM from SPJK
reminded me of that important fact when something he
wrote was  misused and misinterpreted.

It has been settled between him and the person involved,
and there is no need to mention it further. I just wanted to
remind everyone that when you quote someone or repost
what someone has written, make absolutely sure it is true
and that your interpretation is true. We're supposed to be
telling the truth. How can we convince anyone of that if
we post incorrect information? Jon-Marc

I have now rejected a post by someone named Dave. There is a claim
that he could count all the money contributed to NC on one hand, but
without any proof. In addition Dave says that not one person on the
list posted to Billyville contributed one penny .. and again there is
no way to substantiate that comment.

Thank you Dave for wanting to contribute, but there must be an
originating document posted to show proof of statements. The post
rejection is because your information, however true or false, has no
way to be proven. So its gets argumentive. What this site is all
about, proof. And then comments.

I know that you are concerned and I believe the concerns raised in the
first place on the subject you are wanting to post have been resolved
privately.

For the record there was no misquote. The exact wording of the post was
"in 2007 NATURIST CHRISTIANS WAS BROUGHT TO YOU BY:"

and it was followed by the list of names. The topic name was "2007
Contributors". If anyone doubts this I can post the screen I saved from
the NC site.

Steve did admit that the post didn't make it clear that he was referring
to people who posted there over the year. Unfortunately that was after
he decided to say I was intentionally lying several times....

"CINDEANNE HOW CAN YOU SAY YOU ARE TELLING THE TRUTH WHEN YOU TWIST
WHAT PEOPLE SAY TO MAKE LIES."

He eventually saw there were no intentional lies and that a part of the
problem was how he worded it. I have all this in email that I can post
with full headers, just ask.

Can we please let this rest now?

One of the alleged "contributors" to NC was a 12-year-old
boy who died at age 12 and a half. He was greatly loved by
everyone at NC who knew him, and he's greatly missed.
The only thing he contributed was posts and not money.
His name he used was Azina. His real name was Peter.

The list that SPJK made was for those who contributed by
writing. Some may have contributed money; I don't know. I
had 1,000's of posts and was one of the largest "contributors",
but I never contributed any money since I don't have any.
