I got a call from Bill Martin concerning getting this RV signed over into my name. I didn't bother telling him it's mainly because I don't trust him. He talked with me for way too long as though we're still friends, but he hasn't got a clue. Anyway, he told me he's now looking at northern Michigan and a resort that's for sale up there. He didn't tell me exactly where, but I know he was looking at Sunshine Gardens in my home city of Battle Creek, MI. I knew he wouldn't stop after his defeat here. A group e-mailed me yesterday and confirmed what you thought, that
Sunshine Gardens Resort in or near Battle Creek, Michigan has been
contacted by Martin.
This year they have dropped the naturist designation and gone textile.
It was nudist and family owned since 1949. It looks to be very nice
place.

Resort with the asking price of $2,500,000.00.
