It appears that Bill Martin/Natura have not acted in good faith on
their threat to appeal the final decision of the Bankruptcy Court.
Some papers have been submitted by ole' Billy boi to the Federal
Banruptcy Court but there has been a failure/refusal to post the
requisite filing fee's. Guess that Martin feels that the Federal
Courts should entertain his Chapter 11 final Order appeal intentions
for free.

Martin has also recently filed yet another Motion in the State Courts
to challenge a recent Court decision to dismiss a 'Natura' counter-
claim against his immediate neighbors to the still born Christian
kiddy nudist summer camp. Martin would like to landlock them from
access to their home. The Bill Martin/Natura Christian Kiddy nudist
summer camp property is for sale for the last two + years. Other than
being a habitual Courtroom junky, one wonders why he even bothers.

Martin has also recently filed a Motion to Dismiss any Award of Costs
by the State Courts to the defendants, Michael Thompson and Raymond
Cotton, who succeeded in winning a two year long law suit that Martin
filed against them. The Costs award process had been stayed for
another two years pending the Federal Banko disposition. [Which also
went 100% against Martin/Natura.]
