New Lawsuit Against Bill Martin/Natura

On Wednesday of last week, January 9th, the start of the several
litigations against Bill Martin, his wife Alice Long Martin and the
'Natura' CEO Randy Martinson commenced. Others will be named later.
Bill and Alice have been served and Randy has fled the State. Bill
told the process server that he is in Ohio. Wherever Randy Martinson,
is he will be found, and Ipresume that Bill will be asked to pay for
the obvious interference with the Courts due process.

This litigation stems from Bill Martin using a forged letterhead of an
existing Company [Fruits Realty] to try and bluff the Beilski's into
selling their property to him, then trying to fleece them out of
$22,000 per year to access entry to their home when they said NO.

The Beilski's are suing for an Order that the Court uphold their
Common law right to access the property they reside on and/or their
Statutory right to do the same. In addition they are suing for all
costs to deal with Martin in the circumstances, including hunting down
Randy Martinson.

More litigation against Bill and Alice Martin, Randy Martinson, Natura
and Natura-Fellowship along with a select number of now and former
Board of Directors will be filed as we go along.
