The Court Ordered time has come and passed for Billy to put up or shut
up. Nothing was put up ....... soooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!
Some thought this day would never come. Others thought the Courts of
law had lost their way. Many naturists were hurt financially and their
reputation battered by the constant verbal and financial pummeling
meted out at the hands of Bill Martin. Most of those that left the
“Natura” scheme did so after becoming very disillusioned and bitter.
In a winner take all contest conducted by the Federal Bankruptcy Court
at Tampa Bay, Bill Martin and his “Natura” scheme have not prevailed.
This means that Bill Martin/Natura and all of the nasty little
Martinites are now the losers, so far as property in this neck of the
woods is concerned.
The Federal Bankruptcy Court Trustee’s operative Section 363 Global
Sale time limit has now expired at 12:00 April 30th, 2008 resulting in
no sale.
All the contested property [240 acres] including the 120 acre Naturist
Park will now revert back to the owners of record at the time this all
started five years ago. That would be the Gulvin Family, T&T
Management and Karl Thomas. The Federal Bankruptcy Court will now
quiet the respective Titles and return the properties to the rightful
owners.
Bill Martin/’Natura’ will now have to vacate their illegal transfer of
sixty [60] Park lots to themselves back to the Gulvin Family, and any
of those said sixty [60] lots that were sold by Martin/’Natura’ will
have to be returned as well.
Those people that made down payments, or in some way made an exchange
of funds, or paid in Full for any of the said lots will have to get
their money back from ole’ Billy Boi. [I know of one family formerly
on the 'Natura' Board that gave quite a bit of money to Martin for
holding five [5] lake front lots pending the final outcome of the
litigation … they even had those parcels surveyed.] Bill
Martin/’Natura’ is responsible to give them their money back.
Any and all advertisements by Bill Martin/’Natura’ having any claim to
this Park are now clearly false. Any Bill Martin/’Natura’ advertising
that remains on the web, or anyplace else whatsoever for that matter,
saying or implying that he owns the Park or will ever be developing
the Park is patently incorrect and grossly misleading. All those
claims will have to be taken down immediately where ever they may be
found by Martin/’Natura”. There are plenty of places that Bill
Martin/’Natura’ went and advertised that he/’Natura’ owns the said 240
acres that must now be immediately corrected by them.
A major blow to Bill Martin/’Natura’s ever owning this Naturist Park.

| That's great news! What happens if he doesn't pay up? I wonder if he can afford to do that. I'm still trying to get him to get this RV mortgage in my name. I've paid on it for over 2 and a half years, and I have no intention of letting him take it from me if it's still in his name after I pay it off. It may not be the Christian thing to do, but if he doesn't get it in my name soon, he might be getting it back if I get an opportunity for something better. I do want to move to Fairwind Lakes Naturist Park, if I can ever afford a real home. They have a very nice home there for $150,000 if anyone's interested. I would love to have it, but I don't have the down payment and couldn't afford the monthly payments.
