A hearing was held today, February 7, 08, at the Federal Court House
in Tampa, Florida in the Bill Martin/Natura Bankruptcy matter. It was
a long hearing but here is the gist of it.
Court was opened with the Judge hearing the status from all sides.
Martin had placed another 15 page condemnation of the U.S. judicial
system into evidence as a brief. That seemed to be the straw that
broke the camels back.
The Judge admonished ole' Billy boi by saying the he was not fooling
anyone anymore. The Court was tired of all the numerous excuses and
illnesses invoked to cause one delay after another and it would not
work this time. Billy was found to be utterly unable to operate a
company and the Court referenced Billy's behaving like a child. The
Judge condemned Martin as having victimized all the attorneys in the
case and placing the Court in disrepute. Billy was accused by the
U.S. Trustee of trying one more time to derail the hearings.
After more testimony it was found:
that Martins "buyers" actually did not exist. One, a Dr. Brodie bailed
a bit ago and wants his money back. The other really had made no offer
at all, in spite of Martin's insistence that they had. That group will
probably want their option money back too. Nothing but smoke and
mirrors all this time. Smoke and mirrors.
The Judge then found that Billy operates his business like a child and
was not capable to operate a company and thereby a Court appointed
trustee was assigned to take all control over the Five Company's that
Martin placed in to the Bankruptcy.
Their will be a final hearing on March 17, 08, to tidy all the matters
up and take any last testimony and evidence ... but right now it looks
99.9999 % like Billy has finally screwed himself and is out of
business. At the next hearing the actual owner of the Park will most
likely be determined and that will be that. Billy is now out of the
running.
All the people that Billy has so often slandered, abused and laughed
at were present in the Gallery ... cyndiann, Michael Thompson, Bonnie
Clauson, Ray Cotton, Rocco Terrizzi and another 12 people from the
Park including several former Natura Board of Directors.
