A hearing was held today, February 7, 08, at the Federal Court House
in Tampa, Florida in the Bill Martin/Natura Bankruptcy matter. It was
a long hearing but here is the gist of it.

Court was opened with the Judge hearing the status from all sides.
Martin had placed another 15 page condemnation of the U.S. judicial
system into evidence as a brief. That seemed to be the straw that
broke the camels back.

The Judge admonished ole' Billy boi by saying the he was not fooling
anyone anymore. The Court was tired of all the numerous excuses and
illnesses invoked to cause one delay after another and it would not
work this time. Billy was found to be utterly unable to operate a
company and the Court referenced Billy's behaving like a child. The
Judge condemned Martin as having victimized all the attorneys in the
case and placing the Court in disrepute. Billy was accused by the
U.S. Trustee of trying one more time to derail the hearings.

After more testimony it was found:

that Martins "buyers" actually did not exist. One, a Dr. Brodie bailed
a bit ago and wants his money back. The other really had made no offer
at all, in spite of Martin's insistence that they had. That group will
probably want their option money back too. Nothing but smoke and
mirrors all this time. Smoke and mirrors.

The Judge then found that Billy operates his business like a child and
was not capable to operate a company and thereby a Court appointed
trustee was assigned to take all control over the Five Company's that
Martin placed in to the Bankruptcy.

Their will be a final hearing on March 17, 08, to tidy all the matters
up and take any last testimony and evidence ... but right now it looks
99.9999 % like Billy has finally screwed himself and is out of
business. At the next hearing the actual owner of the Park will most
likely be determined and that will be that. Billy is now out of the
running.

All the people that Billy has so often slandered, abused and laughed
at were present in the Gallery ... cyndiann, Michael Thompson, Bonnie
Clauson, Ray Cotton, Rocco Terrizzi and another 12 people from the
Park including several former Natura Board of Directors.

As one of the former members of Billy's board, I'm glad it's
essentially OVER. I almost cheered when the judge came down on Billy.
I again want to appologize to everyone involved for my actions as a
member of Billy's board. In the beginning we all thought we were doing
the right thing but it became obvious fairly quickly that Billy was of
less than steller chaircter. Many of us stayed on the board way too
long hoping to turn things around, but as the judge said, we were
dealing with a child. Well I think that child has thrown it's last
tantrum, time to go to sleep Billy Boi!

Good one Alan!  Wasn't it a wonderful thing to behold!  I can see him in my mind's eye shuffling papers to find a way around this newest debacle!  I hope it gives him a few TIA's.  Have a good day!

Michael and all,

Congratulations. It was a matter of time before all of your hard work (and
persecution by a moneygrabber) paid off. I commend you all for what you've
accomplished, and what you've done for naturism/nudism. Thanks for all the
effort, record collecting, and information you've gathered and presented.

My only concern is what is to prevent him from doing it all over
again somewhere else? A con artist isn't going to just stop
because he has lost one time unless he's put in jail. Jon-Marc

Dan,

In case no one else sent you the results of Bill's last hearing,
here it is. Of course, what's to prevent him from going some-
where else and doing it all over again? The only thing that will
stop a con artist is jail time. In Christ, Jonathan

Hopefully if he tries such shenanagins in the future, potential investors of ANY consequence will examine his financial dealings and available capital before entering into any 'arrangements' with him.

Well, it seems that no else has done that before entering
into an agreement with him. He comes across so convincingly
as a sweet, old, honest Christian man that you can't help but
trust him--at first. By then it's too late, and you've been taken.
