A courier came today [ August 1, 2008] and required a signature to
receive a letter that turned out to be authored by the mortgage holder
of the 14 acre 'Natura' Christian nudist property. [also known as the
Wynn house]

Readers will recall this property is where Martin was going to hatch
his high flying Christian nude childrens camp.

The letter is a Legal Notice that the 14 acre 'Natura' property
located in Hudson, Florida is being foreclosed upon. It was known as
the home and headquarters to ole' Billy boi's alleged 20,000 member,
Natura Fellowship.

Why the default by such a large and wealthy constituancy ?? Could it
be that the alleged 20,000 Natura Fellowship members do not exist ??
Was it just smoke and mirrors all along ??

It would appear that the Martin/Natura Attorneys are not the only ones
not being paid.

Why does AANR keep endorsing this 5+ years of 'Natura" naturist
hell ??

Whats up with this Billy ?? You have continually kept saying that you
are a multi-millionaire ... shouldn't you be paying your bills.

The letter will be posted to Billyville just as soon as the attorneys
clear it to be made public.

I will not be posting the original litigation forclosure document as
it is 38 pages long. The proceeding is filed in the Courts of Law for
Pasco County, Florida as case number 51-2008-CA0049 88ws.

The litigation sets out not only Billy Martin but also names his wife
Alice, the Natura Fellowship CEO, Randy Martinson and ole' Billy Boi's
inlaws Joe and Kathleen Long as being responsible for the debt.

According to the filings the payments have not been made since
November, 2007 and over $404,000 is now owed, plus the Financial
Institution is seeking damages, interest and all legal fee's in the
forclosure. What is interesting is that Martin only paid $330,000 for
the property in the first place. It appears that a second Lis Pendens
has now been placed on the property that will prevent any sale.

The attorney handling the Forclosure matter is Erick Meyers and he is
located in Miami, Florida.
