Bill Martin ... The End came Today

Ole' Billy boi was fond of saying "The lord will protect us [Natura]
from the Devils work" ... and Billy was liberal in his constant
lamenting that the residents of the Park WERE the Devils work that he
was speaking of.

Well, the Lord HAS taken stock of the Martinites as Billy said would
happen ... but, not quite the way Martin said that God told him that
things were going to go. Billy lost every aspect of the five year
debackle to gain control of the Park and the adjoining property owned
by Karl Thomas and T&T Management. Billy Martin and his Continuing
Care Inc. scheme failed. The Estate assets of Continuing Care Inc. are
to be liquidated by Court Order within 45 days from today, March 15,
2008.

Billy did not show up for Court today, he called in sick and tried to
gain yet another delay. The Court noted that this was the longest
Chapter 11 case that the Judge had ever had in his Court when saying
we were going forward today.

The Court appointed independent Trustee took only five weeks to
determine that the so called CCI Multi Million Dollar Estate [Natura]
was utterly worthless and hopeless. No witnesses even needed to be
called.

Someone might care to let AANR know.

That's very good news, but what's to prevent him from
going somewhere else and conning other people? A
crook isn't going to stop being a crook just because
he's told to do so.

Even though the court was just trying to resolve a Chapter 11
bankruptcy, the Judge, the Court appointed Trustee, and the attorneys
did a great service to naturism today. By recognizing the fraud that
Natura (Continuing Care Inc., Florida Naturist Park, Natura, Natura
Fellowship, Naturist Christians....) is, the court made the logical
decision to move forward in the interest of the creditors. Bill
Martin and his schemes did nothing but develop more and more credit
rather than develop a bona fide naturist park. The question remains,
is that what he really wanted to do in the first place or was this
just another Jacaranda (Sarasota Florida) scheme to make large sums of
money from unsuspecting and trusting people.

Please let this be a lesson to naturists and land owners everywhere to
avoid Bill Martin. Since he failed here in Florida, he may be making
an appearance in your naturist venue or trying to pull his land
schemes in the name of naturism and Christianity elsewhere. This
forum allows the message to be spread and I would hope that the
message is spread throughout the naturist community.

Thanks to all whom made the court aware of the realities of the case
they were hearing and for exposing an obvious fraud using Christianity
and Naturism for his own benefit.

AANR and the nudist community any more.

I agree Mark, but even though it would seem that way, it also seems
that Bill Martin waits for everything to die down to start his
scheming again. So the warnings should continue, are necessary, and
are very much appreciated.

But this isn't the first time Martin has been shot down in flames. The investors didn't know about his failed project in Sarasota nor his unsuccessful other projects. This didn't make the papers so who will know? Only those we can reach will know, and that doesn't even include all nudists by any means. He could conceivably go right back into another "christian nudist" scheme just as he did last year. If an investor didn't check him out to see this Chapter 11 in his background they'd be the next victims. Even easier, if he switches the group he goes after so it's not nudists and not the elderly it would be very unlikely that they would know about his past.

There is no way to protect everyone from the monster even if we track him like we've done here.

Good point. Maybe you should alert the broader American Christian
community about him as a warning not to deal with him.

Tell people on forums like christianity.com, christianforums.com etc.
about his activities - remember what it says in the Bible about what
is whispered in secret will be shouted from the rooftops?
