Just a quick side note ..... The Beilski family, who are in
litigation with Bill Martin over an easement/right of way to their
property have just found out that the North-South fence between the
two parties was 20' inside their own property. So, the fence has now
been moved the 20' into what Martin thought he owned, but doesn't.
It's another one for the white hats.
