Рыба В Винном Соусе - Fish In Wine Sauce

Yield: 4 servings

2oz Butter
2 lb Fish cleaned
1 ea Lemon
8 oz White wine dry

Cube your fish to 1" chnks then place into a pan.
Add bits of butter randomly between pieces of fish.
Cut lemon into big chunks then remove seeds.
Put chunks on top of fish.
Pour wine so that it covers fish only half-way.
Set on a med-heat then cook for 15-20 mins.
No salt is needed.
Use your sauce poured on top of garnish.
