Doc's Papaya-Mango Salad

Yield: 6 servings
1 1/2 c Papaya diced
1 c Mango diced
1 1/3 c Pineapple diced
1 c Celery sliced
1 Ttb Onionminced
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Mayonnaise
Lettuce as needed
Prepare your fruit.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
Dress with mayonnaise along with a dash of paprika.
