Meerettichsauce - Creamy Horse Radish Sauce
Categories: German, Ethnic, Euro, Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
2 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
2 cu Beef stock
1 c Cream
3/4 oz Horseradish freshly grated
1 tb Fresh Parsley chopped
Salt to taste
Melt your butter in saucepan then add flour.
Cook while stirring constantly until pale yellow in colour.
Add stock while stirring continously .
Remove from heat then add salt, horseradish & parsley.
