Guiness Short Ribs

Yield: 4 servings
4 lb Beef short ribs
2 tb Brown sugar packed
2 ea Garlic cloves minced
1 ts Dried thyme leaves crushed
1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ea 10 1/2 oz can condensed French onion soup
1/3 c Cider vinegar
12 oz Guinness stout
Put ribs into slow cooker.
Add brown sugar, garlic, thyme & flour and toss to coat.
Pour in soup, vinegar then ale then stir.
Cover then cook on LOW for 8-10 hrs. until the beef is fork-tender.
