If you are researching online opportunities to start a work from home business. you may have come across FreedomRocks.

You probably have some questions about this work from home opportunity. In this series of articles I will attempt to answer some of the most frequent questions about FreedomRocks.

The flagship product offered by FreedomRocks is an online system which assists you in trading the Forex market in a disciplined and lucrative manner.

According to Wikipedia: "The foreign exchange (currency or Forex or FX) market exists wherever one currency is traded for another. It is the largest financial market in the world, and includes trading between large banks, central banks, currency speculators, multinational corporations, governments, and other financial markets and institutions. The average daily trade in the global Forex and related markets currently is almost US$ 4 trillion."

Until very recently, only banks or extremely wealthy people were able to trade in this market. Over the last few years, this market has now been opened to the modest investor through the introduction of online brokerages.

How much do you need to start investing?
The suggested amount to start with to properly follow the FreedomRocks system is about $5,000 - $10,000 minimum. This is to ensure that you purchase enough lots to properly balance your portfolio, which allows you to ride out market swings and continue to collect daily interest on your positions.

However, you CAN start with as little as $2,000 - $3,000, but there are always tradeoffs in risk. At this lower level of capital, you will need to focus on just 2 currency pairs, use a 400:1 leverage, and likely use at least 10% of your margin to reach the suggested minimum of 25 lots of each currency pair. Remember, 10% at 400:1 is the equivalent of 40% on 100:1.

You do not invest your money with FreedomRocks. FreedomRocks is not a Forex broker. You will open your own brokerage account with the brokerage firm of your choice. FreedomRocks does have a recommended broker; but you can choose any broker you wish. FreedomRocks never has any control over your investment dollars.

What if you know nothing about Forex?
If you are not familiar with the Forex market, FreedomRocks has Forex Training available on their website with detailed step-by-step instructions. This training has been designed for those who have zero Forex trading experience. FreedomRocks also has three online video presentations showing exactly how to place the trades and a training conference call each week. Most people are capable of opening their demo accounts and placing trades within a few hours.
