Hello Friends! The time is fast approaching.... the 2013 Waukesha Bike Swap!!!!! This years swap will be at the Waukesha Expo Center on Feb 16th from 9am - 2pm. Last years swap was a huge success and we are expanding the swap for 2013! Remember, the proceeds from the swap go to funding the WBA. We hope you all attend, and we hope you pass the word along... its a great event for a great cause!!! Swap Website: waukeshabikeswap.com Volunteers Needed!!! If you are interested in helping out at the swap (WE NEED HELP!!!!!!) then please contact me @ in...@waukeshabikeswap.com or call 262-391-0289. We request that anyone who is interested in volunteering for the swap please attend the February WBA meeting for a final rundown and get your t-shirt. Here is a list of tasks available: Vendor Load-in 7:30am-9am (help vendors unload their stuff) Vendor Check-in Table 7am-9am (check in vendors as they arrive) Bike Coral 9am-2pm (monitor bike corral) WBA Table 9am-2pm (work the WBA table) Bike Coral Check-in Table 9am-2pm (check in bikes and collect fee) Admissions Table (collect entrance fee) If you wish you may volunteer for all or part of the day.. you may dedicate to 1 task or move around to different tasks throughout the day.
