Volunteers Needed For Bike Swap

Hi All!

 

We are still in need of a handful of volunteers to help with the 2013 Waukesha Bike Swap on Saturday Feb 16th.  Whether you are able to come all day or only part of the day, your help is very appreciated.   This is a great event and raises a lot of money for the WBA and would not be possible without the support of our volunteers!

 

Volunteers are needed for 2 major efforts

 

1. 7:00am-9:00am : helping with vendor load-in.

2. 9:00am-2:00pm : helping with one of the many tasks through the day including.... the Bike Corral, Admissions & the WBA Table.

 

We ask that any interested volunteers please attend the next WBA meeting at  Sprizzo Caffe on Thursday Feb 14th @ 7pm (yes that's valentines day!!!) to go over the event plans and get your t-shirt.  If you are unable to make the meeting please contact me via email.
