Minooka Mountain Bike trailwork getting underway again

The spring has not been kind so far, but..   Weather permitting, we plan to continue trail work this Saturday at Minooka Park. Meet at 8:45-9:00am in Picnic Area 5, we'll work from 9-Noon. This week we'll focus on clearing the advanced loop. Bring a handsaw or pruners if you have one, plenty of brush clearing to do! Metro/WBA will supply other tools.   Wear long pants, heavy shoes or boots and gloves are suggested. Metro/WBA will supply other tools. Please be prompt and RSVP so we can plan tools and beverages.  Parking permits will be issued to volunteers who don't have county park stickers. Just tell the attendant you're volunteering for trail work, we'll have the permits in the parking lot.
