選舉選完了, 我支持小黨的發展, 基金運作提議立意也很好, 但不應該給人一種過高的期待,
日本環境基金從何而來? 臺灣能不能效法? 需要政黨來提供資金? 政府與企業可以扮演什麼角色?
這些大問題可不是一般愛騎車通勤休閒的民眾所能回答, 想當然也不是僅由一個小黨所能達成,

回到資訊的分享上, 我有想過發起一篇各國推廣組織與計劃的整理, 但是怕太多的資料大家
難以消化, 既然你起頭了, 為精簡板面, 就將這篇做為有國際視野的資訊平台吧, 期望板眾瀏覽
之後有了心得能幫忙做些介紹, 能做為有心且有能力推動者的參考, GO ! GO ! GO !

嗯，我的發言使大家誤會了。我的意思不是談基金，我的本意就是推薦大家看到「東京自行車綠色地圖的製作」這個案子。
因為他活用既有的資源(電子地圖)就可以讓大家很方便。

EcoMobility」活動，鼓勵地方政府會員，結合企業、民間組織、各級政府、國際組織等等各種團體的夥伴網路，整合並推動如步行、單車等對環境友

看到了 修車 的地圖標誌心中震了一下 .. XD
想到幾年前開始重新騎車時，有某種「修車焦慮」症頭，
一直怕在路上破輪落鍊或怎樣的會騎不回家..
當時有一種衝動，想在網路上請大家蒐集車店資料後，轉成GPS的資訊再來給大家用說 XD
不過騎一陣子也找書找資料來看後，才發現輪子並不是那麼容易破，鍊條不是那麼容易落，並且發生了自己修理就好，這個念頭就打消了..

以下是題外話：
目前網路地圖的資源，對一些團體、NGO來說真的還是很好玩的，關於民眾與道路、地理的關係可以比較直接的連結，
像如果我有錢有閒有機會的話，會想帶GPS去蒐集目前都偏僻到爆炸的公立流浪動物收容所的位置，
然後全部標到網路地圖上，這樣一來不管是民眾要去尋找失犬、領養動物等都很有用處....( 因為都很偏僻阿..唉 .. )
同時配合衛星圖，就可以看出有一些收容所的位置真的偏僻到要走山路走到很深山才看的到... -_-

排除企業, 單車俱樂部與單車論壇, 要求減碳的環保團體, 與日歐美相比, 臺灣專門為腳踏車通勤文化
與環境發聲的民間團體確實不多, 政府部門除了進度緩慢, 政策不夠清楚外, 又喜歡學習國外舉辦節慶
活動, 像是無車日與自行車日, 錯置了太多的經費與人力, 期待微笑單車論壇能累積豐富的資訊, 讓社會
大眾知道有哪些地方值得臺灣學習, 漸漸的, 主動的, 一起支持改善我們的環境.
