How the bikesharing company handle the resource repositioning problem

I am a PhD student in Netherlands. I am very interesting with bike sharing program.  I really want to know how the bikesharing company handle the resource repositioning in real system, not just read the website and assume they use truck run from here to there. But check the website, only have the customer service contact, usually they give the answer: I do not know. Do you know any one I can contact for a short interview?
