Bike Sharing paper in Transport Research C

Dear Colleagues,

A paper I wrote with two colleagues about London's shared bicycle
scheme has just been accepted to Transportation Research Part C. I
thought I would circulate the pre-print on this group to see if any of
you have any thoughts/feedback on the work - it would be much
