I'd suggest that you locate the owners of shopping centers where you would like to have bike racks for their help.

I own a small shopping center and I'd be glad to install the racks if they were donated.

On the Northwest side, the Santikos are the owners. On the Northeast side, Bexar County Appraisal District lists Bandera Trails Acquisition and Bandera Trails Etail companies as the owner. I believe these companies filed Chapter 11 (DBSI Bandera Trails) in 11/2008. Is there anyone in real estate who can identify which company owns it now?
