This is from the Ride Marshall Handbook but applies to all mobile units on the course.
If you are the first on scene of an accident:
· Check the scene – DO NOT move the injured person or put yourself in harm’s way
· If it is a serious incident, CALL 911 and provide the info they request.
· If the situation is not grave, notify Route Support 872-2CUREMS ( 872–228–7367). They will be at the Command Post with police and fire rescue next to them. Amateur Radio operators should call it in via radio.
· Amateur Radio operators will call “Emergency Traffic” all other traffic will be silenced on the NET.
· State “Rider Down” and report the following:
o YOUR EXACT LOCATION
o Details of the emergency
o Estimated number of injured and their condition
o Injuries related to what: Bike vs. Bike, Bike vs. Auto, etc.

Negative, I copied that from the manual, for our ride it would be an ADMIN shadow to complete the reports.

If you are attending and helping to program radios at the programming session, please shoot me an email and let me know. With everything going on I lost track of who has already said they will be there. My email is mbr...@slbservicesgroup.com
The only one I know for sure is Darrell.
Thanks
Mike

Hi Bear,
Use your call sign for both username and password. All lowercase. I have reset the password and tested it, you should be able to get in now.

I have volunteer shirts for all SAG, GREENWAY, ROVER, ADMIN Shadows, MECHANIC Shadows. If you have confirmed you will be at the programming session I will have your shirt there. I will only have the shirts with me for those who said they will be there, I have too much stuff to carry to be dragging all the shirts with me. If you don’t get your shirt Friday evening at the programming session I will have it for you at Fantasy of Flight on Saturday morning.
ALL shirts for rest stop operators will be delivered to the rest stop by the supply truck. When you arrive at your rest stop see the supply truck operator for your shirt.
