There is a metal shaft about 12 to 14 inches sticking up from the grass berm between curb & the sidewalk that presents a hazard to pedestrians, cyclists and motorists.
It is probably a no parking sign that got hit by a car in a wreck, and its jagged stump is bent from the concrete base and would be a hazard to someone falling, or walking, etc.
Thanks for any help on removing this sharp hazard to baby carriages, kids on bikes, or students shopping from Emory to Publix or elsewhere.
