I would suggest giving David Junger a call and not do a petition. As you know, our city staff is very responsive to the citizens, especially where safety is concerned. Since most of them do not ride bikes, they do not see the road the same as you. Or if you want to send me an email outlining the issues, I am happy to forward to the proper person (s). My email is  cheryl....@decaturga.com. David's email is david....@decaturga.com. I believe he is on vacation this week but should be back next week. He is always open to meeting as well.
