Great to hear from you. Since I live on Erie, I'll certainly be there.
A technical note: the "cycletrack" term came from the NACTO manual of bike infrastructure, and refers to a specific separated but on-road facility. NACTO says, "A cycle track is an exclusive bike facility that combines the user experience of a separated path with the on-street infrastructure of a conventional bike lane. A cycle track is physically separated from motor traffic and distinct from the sidewalk."
More than likely, if you mean adding width to a sidewalk, it would become a "sidepath" instead of a cycletrack.

Subject: [bikedecatur] Biking meeting on Clairemont Ave May 30th at 8am
--MiriamHi everyone,Please let me know if you will be joining us (email me at miria...@gmail.com).
We will be meeting with Hugh Saxon at the intersection of Clairemont Ave and Erie to walk the sidewalks and review possible options for biking safety improvements. Please join us if you have an interest in improving biking on Clairemont. One of the options to be discussed is whether one of the sidewalks could be converted into a "cycle track."
Thanks,
