June 13 meeting and June 14 BDMS

Monthly meetings on Thursday June 13. 8am and 8pm. Morning at the DecRec. Night at ?? suggestions accepted ?? Agenda to follow. Please provide input and topics for discussion.

Our monthly Bike Decatur Mobile Social on Friday June 14 is Beach Party themed. Hawaiian shirt day. Swim wear. Cobana wear. We will ride around Decatur looking for "beachy" things. Ride rolls out from the Church St MARTA plaza at 630p.

I'm going to be still be missing both the meetings and ride.  My right leg is still in non-weight bearing cast until June 17th.  One of the bones on the right side of the foot still had not healed from the fractured/broken foot I suffered back in early March.  Hopefully it's resetting itself now (the rest of the bones from fracture/break were fine back on May 20th.)  I really want this cast off badly.  

Hopefully I'll see people in July.  Don't know how quickly I'll be back to riding.  I know I'm going to have to go through some physical therapy, how extensive is the question.

Then maybe I can make it, depends if a doctor's appointment -- not for my foot -- doesn't cut into my time to get to go in the morning .  I have another event I'd like to go to that evening.  

I'm still bummed out about missing Bike Decatur Mobile Social.  Hey Mike, I hope someone else brings the hula girls this year!  LOL!

I'm not going to be able to make the meeting in the morning.  Although my right leg-foot is no longer in a cast, as of this morning, I still can't put weight on it and now have one of those heavy boots -- but one that still means I can't put weight on it, this time at least until July 18th -- will be missing, more than likely the next ride.  Still won't be able to ride for another month.   

Was wondering which restaurant at night the meeting will be at?  It's possible that someone in my family would be willing to take me, yes via car, if I also bought them some dinner.  Please let me, ASAP, so I can plan accordingly.   Thank you,  Peter..
