As a pedestrian I found this 5 ft x15 inch plastic bumper liner near construction/cleanup of train/bus collision uncomfortably close to already trecherous intersection.
Wonder why crew left it there for week?
Anyway this ol scout dun moved it hisself ~~~ to a scott recycle bin ..... please consider yourself & friends & family equally empowered to do likewise when confronting trip/road hazards that might somehow cause an accident to ped biker student when passing same. Bravo/brava safety wonks~-~- big & small! Thanx
