CABRILLO COLLEGE BICYCLE COOPERATIVE

MEETING MINUTES

DATE: 10-24-12

Present: Alex, Matt, Hilde, & Karen (though not all at the same time).

The Following Items Were Discussed:

 

No Spending was Approved

 

More Volunteers

Alex will make an outline of what volunteers need to know.

Karen and Hilde will take sections and fill in details .

We will have a Volunteer Training with BBQ as soon as we get info together.

 

Quin is still in Chico. We are sending supportive thoughts.

Alex will spend more time in the shop until he gets back.

He is attending the ICC meetings but will not be here Friday.

 

OLD BUSINESS:

1)    Quin will look into making a request to the Student Senate.  We will approve amount for Co-operator payroll once Quin has an idea of what we can get. Co-operators will get paperwork completed meanwhile. If we can get enough we will have 3 employees

 

 

2)    Hook system for hanging bikes: Tom Dahl and his group from Engr 25 have some design ideas for bike storage and loft space. There was no one here when he came by. Hopefully cooperators can review the ideas next week. They will check back between 2:30 & 5:20 M W the team is together.

 

3)    Montessori School: Aaron will contact teacher Jeanine and help her figure out what tools they need.  We can order the tools on our P.O. and sell them to them at cost plus small margin.
