OCC is need of volunteers at tomorrow's criterium, which is held at Upper Onondaga Park in the Strathmore section of Syracuse. Here is the e-mail from Mike Lyon, who is coordinating things.

We are still dangerously low on marshals Sunday's road race. I know there are a lot of you out there, I can hear you breathing. So please, please volunteer and help out the bike club. I will let you wear a cool vest, carry a flag, may be a radio, and some road cones.

Instructions on package of chopsticks: 1) Tuk under thurnb and held firmly. 2) Add second chcostick hold it as you hold a pencil. 3) Hold tirst chopstick inoriginal position move the second one up and down Now you can pick up anything:
