bridge seam on Glendale Milford near GE

The first bridge seam heading West on Glendale Milford from Reading road needs to be fixed. It's on the South side of the road on the shoulder. I can hop it on my shiftie but cannot on my fixie (which I ride most of the time). It's going to give someone a flat.

Who in Evendale should be aware of this issue?

I would start with Evendale - Service Department
