Bike Inspections

General Question,
  My team is in central PA (Harrisburg) and we need to get the inspections so we can get help if we need it on the ride.  However all the shops are in the Phillie area.  Is there any option closer to us?  I know it was discussed on the rookie forum because my other rider saw it but I've never got an answer about it.
