Cyclists,

We want to keep you apprised of all the important dates coming up this
year.

As you know each rider is responsible for the minimum of $300 this
year. To receive your rider number in the mail please have your $300
and waiver in by August 21st. To get a waiver visit

If you do not have your donations or waiver in by the 21st we will
have money turn in/rider number pick up days and numerous locations.

Another big date coming up is the Rookie Rider Expo being held on
August 26th from 5:30 -7:30 PM. It will be held at Penns Landing
Caterers http://www.pennslandingcaterers.com/direct.html. This is a
great experience for all rookies and experience cyclists to check out
our promoting bike shops, sponsors and committees. There will be food,
drink, giveaways and more! Attendees can also drop off money/waiver
and pick up rider numbers at the event. We will also have registration
for anyone who hasn't signed up yet available. You can RSVP to attend
the event to Lindsey....@pae.nmss.org by August 21st. Again this
is a great event for the rookies and experience cyclists.
