Does anyone have suggestions for a supplier of custom team jerseys for
a team of only around 10-15 members?

Our team has been using a company called Pactimo for years.
Be advised that Custom Uniforms take about 8 weeks from the time you submit your order.

We used velo last year, did a full custom. They did a nice job!

One other company to consider is Mt Borah:

www.customsublimation.com

They do full custom and semi-custom; I've done both types with them and have had great experiences.  Full process takes about 8 weeks with them as well.

Added bonus: Mt Borah has the ability to put your team member's names on each jersey making it truly "custom".

We use:

VoMax
129 N. Union Street
Plainfield, MA 01070
(800) 530-9740
http://www.vomax.com

They do have a 25 minimum but you can mix and match items so if you want
to by some bike shorts or jackets you can add that in with jerseys to
get to 25.

This might not help you, but I thought I'd pass along the info anyway.

Just thought I'd chime in. I've used VergeSport the last two years for semi-customs and they've been great. They turned around in about 6 weeks last year for 5 jerseys, but I did the design work myself, so I don't know about their design capabilities.

Yea, we also used Verge for semi-custom jerseys last year. They came
out really well. We're going to get our act together and order fully-
custom jersey's from them this year.

I use AK Apparel. http://www.akapparel.com/ They've done a great
job for us and I love that you get unlimited color for the same price.

We used http://www.jeksports.com/
They have full and semi custom shirts and helped with the design at no
charge. No hidden costs, etc.

We were a small team (11 last year) and since have doubled (27 now!).
Last year we made our team shirts using iron on transfers which we
designed on the computer. This year I approached a business to be our
sponsor and collected $20 from each team member to defray the cost.
We ended up ordering 50 jerseys to maximize for future growth and
cost. I highly recommend talking to a local business or two. You'd
be surprised on how many people want to help and be a part of this
ride.

I requested a S, M and L sample jersey for people to try on. JEK sent
the samples out asap and turn around time on shipping the final
jerseys after placing order looks like it will be under 4 weeks.

Also requested references and checked one out. It was very positive.
Finally and most importantly, they never gave the impression that we
were not a priority. Emails and questions were answered promptly.

Hope this helps!

At 40 dollars for Jerseys and 38 dollars for shorts you can always
use, www.ericsportswearsupply.com I use them and I run the Keswick
Racing team. If you need help setting things up let me know. Pretty
much you skip the middle man and you go direct to China to get the
best deal. I have dealt with just about every company and they all
have issues. But if you look for a good deal with good quality you go
direct.

If you have any questions get in touch with me.
