Fundraising Question

Hi everyone,

This is the second year for my team, Hogan's Heroes. We're looking to
improve over our inaugural year, and one of the ways we are doing that
is by holding fundraising events. I was wondering how other team
captains handle the money that is raised. Specifically, we would like
to supply all team members with a jersey, but to do that we have to
tap into the money raised. Do you split up any donations according to
the same percentages that the MS Society uses for programs versus
administrative functions? If so, what is that percentage? I get
conflicting answers depending on what website I visit. Any
information on how other captains handle this would be much
appreciated!
