Not recognising RWGPS username

Hello, i've just downloaded this app with a view to using it as turn/turn navigation in conjunction with RWGPS routes.

Unfortunately, I'm getting the message that it's not able to link the account due to incorrect username or password.

I registered my account with RWGPS using my Facebook account not the traditional email/password route, is this the cause of the problem?

When asked for username and password in Bike Tracker I used the same credentials as my FB account but to no avail.

When you log in using Facebook, the server will synthesize some type of username/password to use internally. You'd have to contact RideWithGPS and ask them what login to use when connecting to their API via a Facebook-type login. The API only works with email/password pairs, and so it may even be possible that their API isn't intended to work with Facebook logins.

Your other option is just to create an account using an email address. You don't need a paid account to get to Bike Tracker to work with RWG. A free account works just fine.
