I tried the email and password you sent me in email, but unfortunately they worked just fine on my two devices. I'm not sure what might be going on her, unless your provider is blocking the port that RWG uses. Does this problem occur on both WiFi and Cellular connections? If it only fails on one of them, then port blocking might be the issue, but if it occurs on both, that's unlikely.
Are you running any 3rd-party apps on your phone that might affect connectivity?
If you are running Build 33, then please go to the SETTINGS and turn on the "Write LOG File" option under "Diagnostics". I just added this feature to the latest build to help track down a different problem, but it MIGHT help here.
Once you've made the setting, CLOSE THE APP and restart it. Now make changes to the email or password to try and get things to connect. When it fails, close the app and look on your phone for a folder at the following path:
/data/LOG
In this folder, you should find text files with names that reflect the date and time they were recorded. Please email copies of the files your app creates and I'll see if they contain ANY useful information. If it doesn't, I'll create a new build that specifically collects detailed failure information when connecting to RWG and we can try this again.
