GPS not starting

I'm running version 1.1.53 on Android. This morning (09/01/2024) the app started but when I pressed the GPS button the Settings screen is loaded so I'm not able to get the Start button active. GPS is running on my mobile phone, confirmed with google maps correctly finding my location. Tried to find the app on the Google Play Store but couldn't find it. Is anyone else having this problem?
