Build 37 - Fixes for Android Q

I've just posted Build 37 to Google Play (3:45 PM EDT). This fixes two issues with Android Q:
- When Bike Tracker is run on Android Q, it now asks for a third permission (which lets it receive GPS data in the background)
- Fixed a crash in map.
If you need this build right away, and it hasn't shown up in Google Play for you, here's a direct download link:
