Plan Commission members:

 

Just a notice that there will not be a Plan Commission Meeting next week.  Due to the lack of business items, the meeting of the Richmond Advisory Plan Commission is canceled. Joyce has already notified the media.

 

We will be meeting in April for at least three agenda items:

·         Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (DRAFT Attached). This will come to the Plan Commission as an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. I’ve attached the *draft* proposal map presented by REA at our meeting last Wednesday.  There is one error on the map – The proposed cycle track that is part of the Stellar Communities Program will be located on 10th St, not 11th.  Feel free to send me any additional comments, concerns, or suggestions.  I will be sure to get them to the consultant.

·         Vacation for portion of South 13^th Street Lot and portion of 18 foot alley.  This Vacation request was initiated by the City due to the land involved location in a cemetery.

·         Appointment of Terry Harkleroad to the Plat Committee.  Gerald South resigned from Plat Committee due to other commitments.
