Hey all,

We have made a lot of progress in getting the new space set up, and are planning to open *with limited capacity* starting Monday January 19th. Please let folks in your community know! We will be observing regular hours, with some renovation work ongoing. There will be 2-4 repair stands set up, and most tools accessible. We will not have a fully functional kitchen (so no meals - we still would love snacks!), and we will NOT have bikes for sale for at least a few more weeks.

Here's an update on the work we've done:
All of the electrical has been sorted out (it was a mess with boxes and wiring everywhere!), everything got cleaned and painted, and the space has been mapped out, with a few things still up in the air like where our laundry sink will go.

The second bathroom is built and plumbed, and the drywall is up. We still need help with taping and mudding, then we can paint. The kitchen plumbing is in as is the new countertop. The stove cable and the exhaust fan have been installed. Kitchen cabinets need to be installed on the wall, and we need to build a second section of storage/prep space.
The office and parts area is shaping up, and will need some signage and labelling.
We've installed the stereo system and ran through 100-feet of speaker wire today, and need another spool if anyone has extra in their basement!

We've reinstalled our vinyl flooring, as we could not find anything similar at a price we could afford. We hope to improve the flooring some time in the next year.

We still need help with things like sorting parts and arranging things in the space, labelling and making signs, as well as building and fabricating things, hanging up our art and posters, moving furniture around  and problem-solving! Please come by any day starting around 1pm, we are still there each day trying to get ready to get back to business!

Thanks for all the help and support we've received so far, it's been a tough journey so far and a lot of hard work!!

Ainsley.
