At the October monthly meeting we set a date for our AGM which happens every November. There is a stipulation that your AGM must occur within a year, so we set a date that we believed was at the end of our time.

Last year's AGM was held November 20th so I would like to propose that we delay this year's AGM to Wednesday November 19th, 2 weeks from today.

This will give us more time to prepare the pertinent info for presentation as well as the appropriate amount of time to ADVERTISE the AGM to our community (a requirement!).

The proposal that this be a very basic meeting that fulfills our legal obligations stands, with the intention to have a larger, planning/review/visioning meeting in early 2015 once we have moved.

Any objections to delaying the meeting by one week?
