Bike Party Tonight at 7!

That was a doozy of a storm last night, huh? We hope everyone has power or gets their power returned quickly!

Tonight is Bike Party :: Swim, and the ride is still on! However we would like to caution Bike Partiers that the Huron River Watershed Council does not recommend swimming in the river until 48 hours after a rainstorm due to runoff and the potential for harmful bacteria like E. coli. We still plan to end the ride at Bandemer Park, but folks may want to bring their frisbees for disc golf instead or towels for sunbathing.

Our route will be a little shorter tonight, now that the sun is setting earlier. This should give us ample daylight for shenanigans at the park. Don't be fooled by the shorter milage though. This route will be full of excitement - paved roads, gravel roads, and a multi-use path plus a few good hills! As always, we'll take it slow, stop often, stay together and have a great time!
