Subject: Bridge work- Road closures

Good Morning Briar Ridge Residents,   Be advised that Ellas Construction will be conducting work on the underside of the Killarney Drive bridge beginning either 8/27 or 8/28.  During this bridge work maintenance, please plan accordingly, as the bridge may be closed during the day but should reopen by 4 pm.   Construction of the top of the bridge will take place on 9/4, in which the bridge will be closed for approximately 2 weeks. Please make sure to plan accordingly during this time.   We apologize for the inconvenience; however, this work is necessary for the safety and integrity of the bridge.    If you have any questions, please let me know.   Nikki Flores Resident Manager
