Why hasn't there been an announcement about this honor? Or was it in
the South Bend paper?

On behalf of South Bend, thanks for the 'congrats'. The City held a
press conference on Sept. 14 covered by 3 TV stations and the South
Bend Tribune. Representatives from the Bike Michiana Coalition and
Bike the Bend participated, along with the City's Mayor and Bicycle
Coordinator.
I hope Goshen can receive the honor next year.
